Monique Milne – Owner (B.Pod M.A.Pod.A.)
Is a senior podiatrist and the owner of Proactive Podiatry. Monique started Proactive Podiatry in 2010 with extensive clinical experience and knowledge, having worked as a podiatrist within the public sector, private sector, community health and aged care.
Prior to starting Proactive Podiatry, Monique worked at the Murray Mallee Community Health Service and The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, where she treated high-risk complex patients. Her senior podiatry role formed part of the Multidisciplinary team working alongside vascular surgeons, infectious disease physicians, endocrinologists, diabetes educators and wound care nurses.
Experienced in public speaking and presenting podiatry educational material to other allied health disciplines, nursing and medical staff, Monique has supervised and taught podiatry and third year medical students.
Relocating to Melbourne in 2013 Monique has since become a member of the Australia Podiatry Association (Vic). Alison Dumesny is now the practicing podiatrist.

Is an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and dedicated proactive podiatrist offering all aspects of podiatry care to her clients.
Undertaking further training in acupuncture/dry needling, Foot Mobilisation and Manipulation Therapy and Chronic Pain. Alison is able to provide a range of treatment options for acute and chronic foot and leg pain.
Alison is passionate about all facets of podiatry, with a keen interest in acute/chronic heel pain, lower limb biomechanics, sports injuries, diabetes foot care, nail surgery, general and paediatric podiatry.
A strong focus for Alison’s is client care and continuing education, where she strives to get the best possible outcomes for her patients. She enjoys working with clients of all ages.
Graduating from the University of South Australia in 2009 with a Bachelor of Podiatry, she embarked on a career in private practice.
Our friendly podiatrist Alison has an up to date knowledge in the latest footwear technology and determining the right footwear for your foot type.
She is currently a member of the Australian Podiatry Association and Sports Medicine Australia.
